Mason Mingus emerges from wild race as All-American 400 winner

Super Late Model competitors from all over the country descended upon the Fairgrounds Speedway in Nashville, Tenn. for one of the crown jewel short track races for pavement-based cars. The 35th annual running of the All-American 400 played out on the historic track’s worn surface during a cool afternoon and early evening on Sunday. Mason Mingus would eventually come away from “Music City” with a guitar trophy and a $22,000 payday. Ernie Irvan scored a total of 15 Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series wins over the course of a thirteen year career. Among those victories was his first career triumph at the Bristol Motor Speedway in 1990 and the 1991 Daytona 500. Ryan Repko captures CARS LMS Tour win at Hickory

The portion of the Throwback 276 event held on Saturday at Hickory Motor Speedway for the CARS Late Model Stock Tour belonged to Ryan Repko after he made a late race pass to take the lead. It was the first CARS Late Model Stock Tour win for the Denver, NC driver’s career. The CARS Super Late Model Tour rolled into the Hickory Motor Speedway on Saturday to take part in the 3rd annual Throwback 276.
